Delivery Timeframes

  • Saudi Arabia: 3-4 business days
  • GCC Countries (UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman): 7-11 business days

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders above 239 SAR
  • Orders below 239 SAR: shipping calculated at checkout based on location

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email or SMS.

Cash on Delivery VØID currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) as the primary payment method. Payment is collected upon delivery.

Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will retry once. If the second attempt fails, the order will be returned to VØID and the customer must contact us to rearrange delivery.

Delivery Delays VØID is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified of any significant delay.

Complaint Escalation For unresolved shipping complaints after 7 business days, you have the right to escalate to the Ministry of Commerce via 1900 or mc.gov.sa

تكاليف الشحن

  • شحن مجاني للطلبات التي تتجاوز 239 ريال
  • الطلبات دون 239 ريال: يتم احتساب تكلفة الشحن عند إتمام الطلب بحسب الموقع

تتبع الطلب بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد مع تفاصيل التتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل القصيرة.

الدفع عند الاستلام تقدم VØID حالياً خيار الدفع عند الاستلام كطريقة الدفع الرئيسية.

التوصيل الفاشل في حال تعذّر التوصيل، ستتم محاولة أخرى. إذا فشلت المحاولة الثانية، سيُعاد الطلب إلى VØID ويجب على العميل التواصل معنا لإعادة الجدولة.

تأخيرات التوصيل لا تتحمل VØID المسؤولية عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن شركات الشحن أو الجمارك أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا. سيتم إخطار العملاء بأي تأخير جوهري.

تصعيد الشكاوى للشكاوى المتعلقة بالشحن غير المحلولة خلال 7 أيام عمل، يحق لك التصعيد إلى وزارة التجارة عبر 1900 أو mc.gov.sa
