What is your return and exchange policy?
English:
- Return Window: 7 days from purchase date
- Condition: Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Shipping Cost: Customer covers return shipping (unless defective)
- Refund Timeline: 5-7 business days after return received and inspected
- Defective Items: If item arrives damaged, we cover return shipping and provide full refund
