Refund policy

 

English:

Return Window Customers may return or exchange items within 7 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case VØID covers all return shipping costs.

Refund Processing Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Used or worn items
• Items without original packaging
• Items marked as final sale at time of purchase

How to Return Contact us at info@voidgcc.com with subject line "Return Request" and include your order number and reason for return.

Complaint Escalation If your complaint is not resolved within 7 business days, you have the right to escalate to the Ministry of Commerce via 1900 or mc.gov.sa

فترة الاسترجاع يحق للعملاء إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، شريطة أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي تغليفه الأصلي.

تكاليف الشحن تكاليف شحن المرتجعات على عاتق العميل، إلا إذا وصل المنتج تالفاً أو معيباً، وفي هذه الحالة تتحمل VØID جميع تكاليف الشحن.

معالجة المبالغ المستردة تتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة خلال 5-7 أيام عمل بعد استلام المنتج المرتجع وفحصه.

المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع لا يمكن إرجاع المنتجات التالية:

• المنتجات المستخدمة أو الملبوسة
• المنتجات بدون تغليفها الأصلي
• المنتجات المحددة كبيع نهائي وقت الشراء

كيفية الإرجاع تواصل معنا على info@voidgcc.com مع ذكر "طلب إرجاع" في سطر الموضوع مع رقم طلبك وسبب الإرجاع.

تصعيد الشكاوى إذا لم يتم حل شكواك خلال 7 أيام عمل، يحق لك تصعيد شكواك إلى وزارة التجارة عبر الرقم 1900 أو mc.gov.sa
