Use of Website By accessing voidgcc.com, you agree to these terms. VØID reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Products and Pricing All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). VØID reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.

Orders and Payment Orders are confirmed once delivery details are verified. VØID currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders may be cancelled if delivery cannot be confirmed.

Order Cancellation Customers may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting info@voidgcc.com. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

Account Responsibility Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. VØID is not liable for unauthorized account access resulting from customer negligence.

Account Deletion To request account deletion, email info@voidgcc.com with subject "Account Deletion Request." Requests are processed within 7 business days.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Saudi courts.

Complaint Escalation If your complaint is not resolved within 7 business days, you have the right to escalate to the Ministry of Commerce via 1900 or mc.gov.sa

استخدام الموقع بالوصول إلى voidgcc.com، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. تحتفظ VØID بحق تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. الاستمرار في استخدام الموقع يعني قبول الشروط المحدّثة.

المنتجات والأسعار جميع الأسعار مدرجة بالريال السعودي. تحتفظ VØID بحق تغيير الأسعار في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق. توافر المنتجات غير مضمون.

الطلبات والدفع يتم تأكيد الطلبات بمجرد التحقق من تفاصيل التوصيل. تقبل VØID حالياً الدفع عند الاستلام فقط. قد يتم إلغاء الطلبات في حال تعذّر تأكيد التوصيل.

إلغاء الطلب يمكن للعملاء إلغاء الطلب قبل شحنه عبر التواصل على info@voidgcc.com. بعد الشحن، تسري سياسة الإرجاع.

مسؤولية الحساب العميل مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان بيانات حسابه. لا تتحمل VØID المسؤولية عن أي وصول غير مصرح به ناتج عن إهمال العميل.

حذف الحساب لطلب حذف حسابك، أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى info@voidgcc.com مع ذكر "طلب حذف الحساب" في سطر الموضوع. تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال 7 أيام عمل.

القانون المعمول به تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاعات تخضع لاختصاص المحاكم السعودية.

تصعيد الشكاوى إذا لم يتم حل شكواك خلال 7 أيام عمل، يحق لك التصعيد إلى وزارة التجارة عبر الرقم 1900 أو mc.gov.sa
